What areas of my car can I dechrome?

Any area of your vehicle that you see in chrome will be possible to dechrome. The main areas our customers get done are the window trims, roof rails, front and back badge, grill surrounds, front splitter, rear boot lip and rear bumper lip.

How long does it take to dechrome my car?

The time it will take to dechrome a vehicle mainly depends on how much dechrome needs doing. If you decide to go for full dechrome then this is most likely to take up the full day. Partial dechrome can take roughly 4 hours. Dechrome is a very tedious, intricate process which is why it can take time to complete.

What is the most common colour and finish people go for?

The most popular colour our customers go for is the gloss black option. This is the most common and it is how most cars come out of the factory.

How long until I can wash my car?

Once the dechrome is completed it is advised that you do not wash the vehicle for the next 7 days. We recommend our customers to wash their cars prior to their appointment so they do not have to worry about their vehicle looking dirty for a week.

Can dechrome be removed later?

The dechrome can be removed at any point free of charge. However if you want to take it off because of wanting to sell the vehicle, we recommend selling it with the dechrome instead as this can help get a better price out the vehicle.

Does it come with any warranty?

Our dechrome services comes with a 10 year warranty. More information will be available on your warranty card.
