These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of exclusivemods.co.uk (“Website”) and the purchase of products from Fastlane Styling (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using our Website and purchasing products from us, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Website or purchase products from us.
Product Availability and Pricing
All products offered for sale on our Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase and to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices for products are subject to change without notice.
To purchase products from us, you may be required to provide certain information, such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information. By placing an order with us, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 11:00 AM, Monday to Thursday (excluding public holidays), on the same working day; orders placed after the cut-off, or on a Friday, at a weekend or on a public holiday, are dispatched on the next dispatch day. Same-day dispatch is offered on a reasonable-endeavours basis as a service target and does not form a contractual guarantee. While we meet it in the large majority of cases, dispatch may occasionally take longer — for example at times of exceptional demand, or where an order requires further stock allocation, quality checks or confirmation of fitment. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products to you in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers or other factors.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to our returns policy.
Warranty
We provide a lifetime warranty on the parts we sell. “Lifetime” means for as long as you, the original purchaser, own the part. The warranty is personal to you and cannot be transferred if you sell the part or the vehicle it is fitted to.
What is covered. Manufacturing defects in the part as supplied — clips, fixings or mounting points that fail in normal use; cracking, warping or delamination not caused by impact; and mouldings that do not align as designed.
What is not covered. Accident, impact or collision damage. Damage caused during fitting or removal, whether by you or by a third party. Damage caused by misuse, modification, overtightening, drilling, cutting, resprays or adhesives. Road, stone-chip, kerb or car-park damage. The condition of the finish over time, including fading, discolouration, UV yellowing, lacquer breakdown and corrosion. Normal wear and tear. Parts fitted to a vehicle they were not supplied for. Any part that has been resold.
What we will do. Where a claim is valid, we will help you put the part right. In practice this means we will diagnose the problem with you and provide fitting advice and guidance, and where we hold suitable replacement components — such as clips, fixings or brackets — we will supply them free of charge, subject to availability. The warranty is a commitment to help you resolve the issue. It is not a right to return the part, and it does not entitle you to a refund, a replacement part, or the cost of fitting, removal, paintwork, transport, hire or any other associated expense.
How to claim. Email info@exclusivemods.co.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We may ask for further information before assessing a claim.
Your statutory rights. This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, including your right to reject faulty goods and your right to cancel within 14 days. Nothing in this warranty limits those rights.
All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on our Website are the property of Exclusive Mods or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Website without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Website or the purchase of products from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website. Your continued use of our Website and purchase of products from us following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
