Our order processing cut-off time is 11:00 AM for same day dispatch. Any orders received after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Once shipped, items should arrive within 1-2 working days (unless stated otherwise). 

Postcodes located in offshore & non-mainland UK may incur an additional charge for some items.

These will be automatically added to the total cost of your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and shipping times may vary depending on the item’s availability.

All products are brand new. We quality control, package and ship all items prior to shipping.

If you have not received your items after 5 working days, you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item, we will investigate the matter with our couriers. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
